This Clarification Text has been prepared for the purpose of informing you about the protection of personal data processed during the educational and consultancy services provided by YÖS DANIŞMANIM, within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (“KVKK”).

Your personal data is processed by YÖS DANIŞMANIM in the capacity of data controller.

Education request information

Passport or ID information (only when required during the consultancy process)

All information shared during form submission

Providing information about TR-YÖS, YÖS, and university application processes

Your personal data may be transferred to the following institutions and organizations:

Software and infrastructure companies from which we receive services

Universities or educational institutions (upon the student’s request)

5. Data Retention Period

Your personal data is stored for the duration specified in the legislation depending on the nature of the service; once this period expires, the data is deleted, anonymized, or destroyed.

Pursuant to Article 11 of KVKK, you have the following rights:

To request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data

To request deletion of your personal data

To object to the processing of your data

To learn the third parties to whom your data is transferred
